The wait time was over 45 minutes past our scheduled time. However once we saw our doctor she was wonderfully thorough and attentive. We love our doctor and my girls feel safe and cared for by her. Dr. Colby is the best!

Dr Colby was so respectful to my child, explaining what body part she would be touching or looking at once and explaining things to my child, not just me. Dr Colby is the best possible combination of knowledge and bed side manner.

Dr Colby goes above and beyond, really took the time to talk to my daughter and listen to her. We will recommend her to family and friends, Dr Colby is excellent!

Dr. Colby is a fabulous doctor however she's often extremely behind/late. My kid missed half a day of school due to a very slow appointment that should have started at 9. Infuriating. However, she's an awesome doctor.

Dr. Colby is so personable and kind. She takes her time with you. She listens. She is so caring. We are very lucky to have her as our son's pediatrician.

Dr. Colby has been there for our family for many years. She has expertly and compassionately gotten us through injuries, illnesses, hospitalizations, and times of grief. She has given us peace of mind countless times. We are so grateful.

All aspects of seeing Dr. Colby are great with the exception of the time spent waiting for her. For most visits it seems that we need to wait a very long time beyond our appointment times before actually seeing the doctor. In our most recent visit we didn't see her until about 65-70 minutes past the appointment time.

We love Dr Colby, she's great. My only complaint is why we were there an hour in total for an appointment that took 15 min. So much waiting.

Dr. Pamela Colby is an excellent doctor who sincerely cares about her patients and it is evident from the time she takes to review your file prior to arrival, how she speaks and listens to you and your child, and how she works along side the support staff to make sure you receive everything you need. I don't care if I have to wait more than 15 minutes for her to come in to the room because the care you receive is amazing. She is well respected in the community. Anytime I have heard her name mentioned, you hear comments such as "Dr. Colby is the best." "My kids absolutely love Dr. Colby." "She takes the time to answer questions and help you understand." I could go on and on. You have a gem on your staff that is an asset you should cherish. She is the type of doctor who builds the Facey name and makes it an organization that you want to be part of.Bottom lineDr. Colby is one of a kind. My family respects, appreciates, and values her. It's going to be a sad day when my daughter is too old to have Dr. Colby as her doctor,

Dr. Colby and the whole team are wonderful. Dr. Colby really makes you feel like you are a special person, not only a patient, but a person. She is really sweet and kind!!

Dr. Colby is AMAZING!!! My boys her since the start of her practice. She's very kind and very gentle and explains everything. She's very proactive and treats my boys, as if it was her own. She is the best Pediatrician anybody can have. We love Dr. Colby

Are wait time was a hour. Our appointment was 8:45 am. Arrived at 8:35am. We were not seen by the Physician until 9:35am. Dr. Colby is great.

Dr Colby is beyond excellent and knowledgeable. We need more drs like her

We love Dr. Colby. She consistently provides excellent care and exceeds expectations. That being said, we are consistently in the waiting room for an extended period of time for appointments. During this particular visit, we weren't seen until about 1 hr and 15 min after my son's scheduled time (this includes waiting time in the waiting room and then in the room). As you can imagine, it's challenging to wait that long with a 1 year old.

This was the fastest appointment as in the wait time! Seeing dr Colby can usually feel like the wait times are forever but I got there and waited maybe 8 min and we were called. It was the best appointment we ever had because we didn't have to wait so long like it's been in the past- don't get me wrong- I'd wait long for dr Colby because she's so sweet and amazing with our kids! But it was nice not to have a restless toddler in the room super long either. Hope this stays this way!

She has always been great

Dr. Colby was very helpful and tookTime to provide handouts and notes on how to use the topical medication. We felt prepared and informed about the medication leaving her office.

We've had Dr. Pamela Colby for the past 16 years that I've always been extremely happy with her caring for my children. She's understanding she's personable and she always shows concern when I bring up a possible issue with her

Dr Colby is amazing. I have been taking my kids to her since they were newborns. She has always taken her time with is and made sure all questions were answered. She is also so great with kids. They aren't afraid to go to the doctor to see her because they love her so much. Really amazing doctor!

Dr. Coby Is such a great doctor. She's been taking care of both my boys ever since they were born and we really value her opinion and her advice and also how she takes care of our boys when we come in and the staff is very helpful and nice as well, it's been like that for years

Dr Colby is a very caring pediatrician and spent her time to giving a thorough check up and clear explanations to her patient. As a parent, I know my children feel comfortable communicating with Dr. Colby at Facey. I wish my children can be kids longer so they can continue to have Dr. Colby's excellent care.
