I feel very blessed to have this doctor for my children and his staff is amazing as well.

Very impressed with the whole process. The front office answered the phone after hours and was successful in securing an appt with Dr Chien the next day. We were happy as the condition did not warranty urgent care but needed to be addressed asap. We saw Dr Chien the next day and believe that his expertise was right on the money. We are grateful for the care we get at Facey.

Dr Chien is thorough, kind, has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely a nice doctor.

All employees are so good with my son and always have been. The facility is clean and they make sure to rotate patient rooms so we are not following sick little one. This is important to me. Dr. Chien is wonderful, knowledgeable, timely and kind. We are so lucky that we have found a pediatrician like him.
