Leila Yasrebi, MD, FAAP

Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Yasrebi has always enjoyed being around and helping kids. Due to her love for children and her caring nature, she knew from an early age that she wanted to be a pediatrician. She credits her father, an accomplished surgeon, as her inspiration as she fondly recalls visiting his office and being exposed to the field of medicine as a child.

Focusing on her young patients and their parents, Dr. Yasrebi is always attentive to her patients and delivers quality and compassionate care. She understands the impact she can have on kids and does not take this responsibility lightly.

After earning her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2000, Dr. Yasrebi completed her residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center, an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College, in New York. Prior to joining Hoag Medical Group, Dr. Yasrebi spent the past 10 years as a pediatrician in the Northern California area.

Dr. Yasrebi’s vision for Hoag Medical Group is to provide the highest quality of care to her patients and make sure they have the education, resources and information needed to live healthy and happy lives.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Yasrebi enjoys playing tennis, shopping and doing outdoor activities with her husband and two daughters.
