About Scott A. Gaitan
Dr. Gaitan graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 1996 and completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA in 1999. He subsequently moved to Northern California where he kept a busy private practice. Additionally, he was a neonatal and pediatric hospitalist and an assistant clinical professor at UCSF. Warm weather and beautiful beaches pulled his family back to Southern California in 2007.
Dr. Gaitan enjoys caring for children of all ages and truly believes that it is a team effort with the whole family. He strives to achieve an excellent foundation of physical and emotional growth in his patients by encouraging parental involvement and considerate parental education.
In his spare time, Dr. Gaitan enjoys soaking up the sun with plenty of outdoor activities with his wife, also a pediatrician, and two children.
