Always love seeing Dr kwon. Super relatable and puts my son at ease during appts as my son isn't a fan of doctor appts.

Dr. Kwon was very professional and informative during our visit. We spent a lot of time with our son addressing some concerns. Dr. Kwon creates a safe environment and seems to care about the patient's needs. He's not quick to rush judgement and aligns with how I want to take care of our child medically. I wish more doctors had his bedside manner and relationship building skills. That is one of the biggest gaps I see within the healthcare community - personalization and not looking just to 'prescribe' but to live a healthy life and seek to care with the proper action.

Dr. Kwon has always been helpful, easy to talk to about any concerns I may have, responsive, informative and he truly cares about his patients and the parents.

We love Dr. Kwon and he continues to go above and beyond. We're extremely happy with his service. He's an excellent Dr, and such an easy person to talk to.

Dr. Kwon is a great doctor, but it is difficult to get an appointment with him right away. I know he is very busy, but it would be helpful if he could maybe save the last couple of appointments of the day to emergency/same day appointments. Thank you!

I never had a bad experience here, Dr. Kwon and all his staff are very knowledgeable and are always kind and helpful. The only downfall is front office receptionist sometimes ignore you. You wait there with no one acknowledging you even though it looks like they aren't busy. Other than that this office is great.

I emailed the doctor to request an appointment within a couple days regarding my daughter's injury. The nurse called me right away in the morning (before 8 am), saying that the doctor wanted my daughter to come in that day. I was given multiple time options. I was so pleased with Dr. Kwon's responsiveness and availability. When It was time for the appointment, he asked questions, listened, and responded thoroughly. He has a positive/friendly demeanor and truly cares for kids.

Staff are friendly...Dr. Kwon's staff responded to email sent right away, got my son in to see the provider right away. As always, Dr. Kwon has been amazing and understands my son's needs with regard to his Healthcare needs. I have been referring him to other parents who want quality care for their children.

Dr Kwon is our favorite! My husband and I were impressed with him the first time we met (when he was Attending Pediatrician at hospital when my first child was born). Even though his office is somewhat far for us to drive, it's worth our time since he's so friendly, approachable and genuinely concerned about our family health. We are so grateful for Dr Kwon's support and positivity.

I travel sometimes over 1/2 hour to this practice even though there is a St. Jude 5 minutes from my house. Dr. Kwon and the staff have always been excellent and they are the reason why we stay.

Dr Kwon is a magician. He has pristine bedside manners. He begins his visit by engaging with the child, he will ask age appropriate questions to build trust and rapport. He's patient and attentive to parents. Answers all questions without hesitation.
