I deeply appreciate the respect and kindness I receive from every person I have encountered from Dr Lo through the receptionists to nurses. Having a past history of drug and alcohol abuse I have often been treated as subhuman or unintelligent. For over 25 years that has been my experience. Especially in regard to pain management. I cried the morning after my cervical nerve block procedure. It was the first time in 5 years that I slept all night. Sore, but not hopeless. There are no words to explain the gratitude that I feel. Thank you to every person I have encountered during this process.

Dr Lo is a very good doctor. He listens intensely and provides excellent care for me.

Dr Lo has been one of my favorite doctors since moving to Los Angeles. He's calm and he directs his eyes towards me. He listens to every word I say and if he doesn't understand, he asks. I always feel like he has my best interest at heart even if he can't make the pain go all the way away. During a surgical procedure, he always lets me know what he's doing before he does It. That's very important to me. And the cherry on top is that he has a voice that's worth listening to.lol Dr Lo you rock!

I answered never to the question about calling me with my test results because he goes over all test results in person. Which is something I prefer that way if I have questions I get answers right away. Dr Lo is a very good Doctor. He takes the time to go over all of the things your there for.

Dr Lo was attentive and asked a multitude of questions to determine what I needed. He did not seem hurried and make feel very comfortable. Would rec him to anyone.

Dr Lo has been very thoughtful and helpful regarding my condition. I will admit some of your survey questions do not apply directly because he is a specialist and this survey is definitely designed for a generalist but I still give him a top notch rating in every area.

Dr Lo continues to provide me with excellent care, addressed all potential procedures in detail, spoke with a sincere and empathetic tone generally very kind and professional.

The doctor and the care team was excellent but it took over two months to get an appointment. Two months dealing with extreme low back pain is not acceptable, especially when paying for the high cost of medical insurance.

I really liked Dr. Lo. He was warm, thorough and listened to concerns. I am frustrated that I had to wait two months for this appointment, and now my follow up appointment (after X-ray and MRI results) Tell me is going to be two months from now now.

All nurses and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful and listen to what you have to say.

The Facey Drs that I see on a regular basis have and are always excellent Drs. I've had a few incidents of miscommunication but overall excellent for the length I've been seeing Facey Doctors.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the doctors I use and their staff at Facey. They are all very kind. Very helpful. Respond to my needs in a timely manner. Whenever someone new moves into town and is looking for a new doctor, whether it's a pediatrician whom we loved our Facey pediatricians for our children when they were little, we always refer Facey.

Dr Lo always listens to me. He was very helpful in referring me to a clinical pharmacist.

Dr. Lo is a wonderful doctor, but I feel that Facey Medical need to have a least 2 pain management doctors at each facility. People see these doctors to help with their pain but when you call to get an appointment it's weeks out and how does that help someone with chronic pain having to wait 3 weeks or more.please add more of these doctors.

I have had severe neck pain for so many years which got in the way of my daily activities and quality of life at times. After tests and visits to see Dr. Lo, he recommended a cortisone shot. This shot that he administered has been life changing. Since receiving the shot, I have had NO neck pain or headaches that once consumed my daily life. I feel so good and full of energy and have even started exercising again because I am now pain free. I am so grateful to Dr. Lo for giving me back my life! He is amazing!
