Excellent bedside manner. Very respectful and listened to my questions and concern. My office visit turned out to be very pleasant and I felt that the doctor really cared about me and my condition and was doing everything he could too help me overcome my back pain problem.

Dr. La Penna makes me feel confident in his expertise. He is caring and explains everything in a way that is easily understood. If I didn't feel this way about him I wouldn't take care of this problem because some of the procedures are painful.

This visit the provider was focused on proceedure only. In & out. No discussion of my person, my issues or my mental status when he is fully aware it has not been good. Left me feeling like I had an oil change. Bed side manner: pleasant & cold. Purposefully detached from "me" as a person. And, as a person with mental health issue I do take it personally. Did the refill of pain pump with absolutely no discomfort to me. While I am very pleased with Dr Ramchandani, Dr la Penna seems to be a great addition to the practice.

I wish Dr Lapenna could be my pcp. I'm really struggling with the Petaluma Health Center. I know he can't, but if a Doctor at Providence COULD become my pcp who works with Lapenna, that would be great. Dr Lapenna is knowledgeable and kind.

Did a great job all I could expect

The Dr and staff were better than expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.Challenges, the timing it took to get into see him. My injury was considerably different from when I saw my primary care Dr to when I could get in and see this Dr.

I finally got to the right doctor to help me and make me feel that he will help if I get pain again from occipital neuralgia

After talking with the doctor, I am very relieved to know that I have now have a plan in place to help with my Pain management. The procedure has already been scheduled within just a couple of days of my appointment. I am very impressed.

I always feel that I get good care

Well when I read his after visit notes he said I didn't have balance issues but I do and he never asked me that question and I told him I had stabbing nerve pain in my shoulder and back of my rib cage and it didn't mention it in his after visit summery. And finally when I left the appointment I was under the impression I would be coming back for a pain shot but that doesn't seem to be the case reading his after visit summery, so pretty much we have a little confusion between each other.

Both Doctor, medical staff, and office staff were Kind, Efficient, Professional, Thorough, and Courteous. Could not be better.

Dr. Lapenna is an excellent doctor. Takes time and listens and follows through. So fortunate to be able to see him
