I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERY PROVIDENCE PHYSICIAN AND SUPPORT STAFF THAT I INTERACT WITH. THEY ALL MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM WELL CARED FOR THERE! I TRY TO RECIPROCATE TO THEM THE CARE I RECEIVE IN PERSON! THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THIS IS WHY I TRAVEL ABOUT 130MILES FOR THESE APPOINTMENTS!

I always find the front staff to be very helpful and the MAs are great. Dr Ramchandani and Dr La Penna are easy to talk to and very caring about my welfare. After a very unpleasant experience at another pain management I can't say enough good things about this group! So grateful for their help.!!

Heliodoro Magnana is by far the BEST provider I've had the honor of being a patient of. His care, concern, listening skills, solutions, referrals have all improved my life. Becoming his patient has helped me become more functional and begin to enjoy my life again. His passion for his work goes above and beyond provider I've seen in the medical field in 5 years. I finally feel safe again and really heard. What an exceptional human being this man is. I can only say whoever hired him did the world a favor. Specifically I see this provider for pain management for my arthritis and previous injuries. This team has always been excellent I've never had a bad experience. 2 months ago I was visiting with the provider and I showed him an injury that I had to my hand and as a courtesy he cleaned and applied some ointment and a bandage to my hand and I thought that was unexpected and over and above I was very pleased my hand is healed nicely

Hector Magnana is by far one of the best providers I have seen in years. His knowledge and caring manner is consistent at every visit. My stress level has been completely reduced since I've been seeing him for medical care. He was prepared with photos of my test results and we discussed them thoroughly. We then made plans for next steps and he was very helpful in guiding me.

As I was checking out and making a new appointment the person was new and in training. The trainer was very kind and patient with the new employee (who was doing great) I come from an HR background very nice to see kindness and patience

I love that Hector takes his time & looks over your chart before he sees you. If you've been seen by another office or seen in the ER, he takes his time to look over the notes & makes sure his treatment is in alignment with all of your other treatment plans. The continuity of care is superb.
