I love that Hector takes his time & looks over your chart before he sees you. If you've been seen by another office or seen in the ER, he takes his time to look over the notes & makes sure his treatment is in alignment with all of your other treatment plans. The continuity of care is superb.

Everyone in the office, front desk, MAs and HCPs are fantastic, knowledgeable and kind. Care is always timely and they go out of their way to accommodate my calendar when scheduling appointments.

My appointment with Hector was excellent. The time,patience and clarity with which he spoke caused me to feel not only listened to but also valued as a patient. I left my appointment with much more valuable information than I had when I got there. I truly felt listened to also. It's very clear Hector is extremely knowledgeable in his field of medicine.

Love everyone there. Hector is perfect. When choosing a care provider, I always request a female. I have had numerous negative experiences with a male provider. Until Hector. I could not be more comfortable with a health care provider than I am with Hector. He is kind, caring and genuine. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs the services he provides. Through mychart, I was able to see the history page that I was supposed to fill out but couldn't due to my extreme illness and I expected to be able to finish it out at home. However, this provider decided to fill out himself, guessing all the way through it!!! Absolutely none of the answers he wrote were correct but my name and birthdate. These answers are attached to my historical record and I take them very seriously. I answer them in all honesty. This provider answered so many important things about me incorrectly, that I will never use their practice again. I will suffer in severe, unbelievable pain to avoid that clinic and that provider. I'm very sorry for his lack of protocol. Thank you, [Name(s)]

Pain Specialist Magana is always very thorough, caring and searching for the root cause of my pain issues. I have full confidence in Hector Magana's Care Providing me with his safe, well researched medical records, MRI results & always takes the evidenced practice to help alleviate my suffering, acknowledge my illness, research further treatments and safe medication use! He is an excellent pt educator as well! He explains results and explains disease process utilizing printed handout, virtual animation of disease process on his computer for me to see as well as his method of verbal teaching & communication is superior to other Care Providers I've had in the past.
