Overall it was a very good visit. I had a few questions about a referral that took a little more time. But eventually for an answer but from an office person not the doctor. The question about medication was answered by the same person but was answered more promptly. Overall my experience was good.

Not sure exactly how pain management works I guess the doctor only sees pt at initial visit and procedure. Nurse practitioner was very good the doctor not transparent about procedure had to ask many questions to get answers. He was excellent at the procedure

I only have good things to say for all of my providers. From my PC to all the specialists I see it's always a good experience. The only issue I have is not being able to get routine lab work at the specialist plaza, having to drive to other partner locations is very inconvenient for someone like me that no longer drives.

Ms. Correa is always concerned about my health and her personality is a happy one. She transmits to me, her patient.

Diana Correa is an excellent PA who is very thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional in regards to the care she provides to me!!!

Dr Zepeda is an excellent physician he is the only only that with his pain management program and surgical procedures has reduced my pain by at least 50%. Which is a huge thing when you are in extreme pain 24/7. Diana Carea is his PA she is excellent knows your case and is eager to help you in any way see can. She always react to refills immediately and setting up follow up appointments. A very caring staff member in my care .

The provider was not interested in what I said, that was my feeling. She didn't even look at my foot or asked what I was feeling just ordered medis.

This provider and the reception desk are wonderful. This was originally meant to be an in-person appointment. My car was unexpectantly in the shop and the reception desk was able to change this to a virtual appointment for me. And in-person or virtual it is always easy to chat with Diana about my care from the pain management group.

This was my first appointment with Diana Corea and she was great. I'm very happy to have her on my care team as she is very determined to help my deal with my long term pain.

I had two video appointments this last Tuesday and then a second try on Friday morning. Both I was unable to complete because of the poor Wi-Fi service at our assisted living. On Friday morning failed. I immediately got in the car to start driving To the doctors office, in route they called me as I was having trouble signing in again. And therefore they were expecting me and greeted me kindly and I was seen right away, which was a good thing because my pressure my blood pressure was [ID] I did not realize that I had a problem with that, and it immediately got everybody's attention, and I am going to follow up with my neurosurgeon who did my craniotomy a couple years ago as I was also experiencing hot headaches. I appreciate the kindness I've ever seen one at the office

I mentioned that I had an issue not related to the reason I had come in for followup. She immediately ordered an xray and prescribed some medication for the pain. I was very pleased that I didn't need to get another referral.

She scheduled me for a pain injection that I need, although it's not until the end of September!

Doctors need to be a little bit more empathetic less by the book when listening to patients.

Very happy with the care and answers I receive from Diana. Very easy to understand and she always takes time for all my questions.

This visit was messed up. Total Lack of concern that bad decisions were made about my perscription medication right after having a major surgery. These decisions confused my insurance company and because of the way she went about it it led to me having to get a prior authorization for pain medication one week after having surgery. I don't have a lot of money to be honest I'm quite poor and I had to spend $[ID] because I couldn't wait for the prior authorization to go through. If she had just done like she usually does and write a month of prescription instead of 16 tablets I wouldn't have had issues with my insurance company. It was the 2nd time my pain was ignored and there was no care or compassion at all. Your office manager did not return any of my calls during this entire messed up aftermath to this appointment to help me fix what had happened. I was ignored and forgotten. This appointment was easy made impossible.

The whole process was done professionally and on time.
