Long wait time to see this provider, who is evidently the only ENT in the PacMed system who can help with my ears. Once I did get in to see him, he was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. He also had practical suggestions that may help me in the future.

Dr Palaskas, ENT, listens to me, explains my test results and answers any questions I might have. He is very professional, knowledgeable on my issues, and takes time to explain in terms I understand. I moved from the East Coast and it took almost 2 yrs for me to find a general practice physician and the specialists I needed to continue watch on my historic and new health issues. The time spent on research and phone calls was worth it because I found Pacific Medical Centers; then found a location that I could drive to and, most importantly, I now feel I have an excellent team of Physicians, Specialists and Staff to help me through my health and medical care.

There was a very long wait time to get in to see provider at downtown Seattle location but clinic was great in contacting me when a cancellation happened. Provider is the best!!

My visit with Dr. Palaskas was most satisfactory. He took time to address my issue. (My two previous visits with ENT doctors from a different organization were very dismissive)

He is knowledgeable about ear related illness such as vertigo.

Listened and came up with a satisfactory solution and took care of it during this visit. Gave suggestions for choosing helpful OTC medications which are helping. His ambiance is friendly and answered questions with thoughtfulness. He is thorough and that is why I believe the waiting time was longer than expected .

I was an add on patient at the end if the day and the doctor was running behind. Regardless, the staff were very courteous and considerate and the provider took time with me to learn about my concerns.

Long wait time in lobby and had to wait weeks for an appointment. However the provider himself was great when I saw him.

Dr. Palaskas spent a considerable amount of time with me, trying to understand my condition and come up with possible courses of treatment.

Hard to get an appointment with Dr Palaskas but my experience with the appointment once I had it was excellent. Dr Palaskas made it easy to schedule my next appointment.

I am new in the state and this was the second time I saw Dr. Palaskas. I am satisfied with the treatment received so far and making an appointment six months in advance works well. A comfortable connection is yet to be made.

Dr. Palaskas has taken the time to listen and know me, has always included me in treatment decisions, and consistently schedules a follow-up at the end if each appointment. Like nearly all the doctors at PacMed, he is overbooked, but in his case I've seen him with the frequency I'd hoped for.
