In any office it starts with the front office. This practice has that covered. Deanne us a great provider I know she will follow through with knowledge, respect and compassion and that unfortunately is not always the case.

Direct eye contact, knowledgeable, works WITH me regarding my health issues, takes the time to fully discuss and develop a plan for my needs, even called me AFTER my appointment to clarify something we'd discussed. She's a true medical PROVIDER, and I've already recommended her to others.And I must admit, offering a coffee or gas card when the office had run late on an appointment was a welcome treat, and quite a surprise in this day and age!

She did everything needed to be done for the visit in an efficient way. I did not feel she rushed through it. She was knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly.

My dr listened to my concerns. She knew I am sensitive to pain and was very conscientious of what she was doing. She was respectful and compassionate and professional. She took her time even though I knew she needed to hurry. I knew she had a busy schedule but she never let on to that. She treated me as if I was the only patient.

Excellent appointment. Thorough exam of the problem area, followed by detailed explaination of what she found, and outlined her recommendations for the next steps. Deanne called me early that evening to uodate me on the plans based on her discussion with the Doctor. I was extremely impressed with Deanne's effeciency, thoroughness, and courtesy. I'm very comfortable continuing to recieve care from this office.
