Dr. Chan is, I think, the best ENT surgeon in town

He was very friendly and professional, and seemed very competent, but he didn't really seem to have time to listen to all of the ENT symptoms I am exoskeleton and give options for care overall, though he did for the nasal passages. It felt like he didn't have the time to be present long enough to consider the whole picture and assess underlying causes to find remedies.He was also distracted by the new layout of the office where the chair didn't move or gave the equipment he needed to use, which was not at all his fault.

I had to travel from Alaska and the providers were very accommodating and understanding of my situation.

Booking was easy. It felt like the exam was cursory, but the provider was confident and helpful with additional medical questions.

Pleasant, considerate and easy to understand. He provided me with options and pros/cons, made his recommendation, and allowed for me to make Informed choices. Just as it should be. :)

As always Dr. Chan and his staff are top notch :) The new receptionist could have been more courteous.

I have been very satisfied with the Swedish Physicians that I visited.

Dr. Chan is the BEST, he is an excellent Sinus doctor and surgeon and he Is very personable too.I'd like to suggest that the Central phone support personnel have the option to transfer a patient in need directly to the Physician's office. It a be frustrating not being able to talk directly to the office staff at Dr. Chan's location. The central phone service personnel are very nice and try to be helpful, but they do not know my medical history. My last visit worked out since it was not Urgent this time. Just a suggestion. Thanks for listening.

Was seen for ear wax removal bilaterally. Dr. Chan removed the remaining wax that was still present in my ear canals that was unable to be removed by my primary care physician's nurse due to the amount and proximity to my eardrum.

I had really great experience during my Dr. Appointment but it was getting the appointment was the problem. I believe I got an appointment 6-8 weeks out. Same with my Ear Dr. But over all great in office experience

Overall very satisfied with my care from Dr. Chan. Pleasant to deal with and I felt like my needs were addressed. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Chan for further care if it was ever needed. I have two areas of potential improvement I'd like to put forward for consideration. When discussing care and procedures, I'm the kind of person who likes to receive detailed information. I realize this might not apply to everyone. While I believe Dr. Chan made everything clear at a basic level, I would have appreciated more detail about the procedures conducted, what to expect before and after, and how best to approach recovery. It was difficult to ask for this level of information during our visits, partly I expect due to just the lack of available time to sit down and discuss everything. I realize this might be out of the control of the provider. Secondly, I feel like there might be a better mechanism for folks recovering from procedures to get more immediate information and advice from the surgeon/care team. I realize I was in the minority of folks who have complications after surgery, but there was no real way to get ahold of anyone to get information, directions, or care advice while my condition worsened. This included MyChart messages and a phone call to the office during working hours. It felt like the only thing I could do was wait until it got bad enough to go to the ER. I realize folks are already very busy in an office like this, so this might be something beyond the individual providers and something to work with administration, but some kind of rapid help line for post-surgical patients would be extremely useful. Again, overall, very pleased with my care and this provider.

This provider is an ear specialist. This survey if very poorly designed for specialists. This provider is fast and efficient. He had my audiologist report on hand and did not need to do much since my condition is permanent. I like him a lot, very frank and friendly.
