Caitlin Ansel has been helping me with eustachian dysfunction for a few years now. She always involves me in decision making and how to proceed. Super friendly, compassionate and competent!

I saw Caitlin for an annual follow up from my sinus surgery. I have been experiencing other health problems in the past year that she was aware of and concerned about. She is compassionate and easy to talk to. She listened intently, and looked me in the eye the entire time I was talking to her, which I really appreciated!! I ddi not feel rushed at all. She explained some things to me, gave me suggestions and checked my ears, as I had been experiencing some dizziness. I will not be seeing her routinely any more, but she told me I could contact her should anything arise that she could help with. I wish she was a primary care dr. She is GREAT!!!!

The ENT department has been PROFESSIONAL/COMPASSIONATE/INTELLIGENT/HELPFUL . I would also add that the Newberg EMERGENCY/CRITICAL CARE Unit has been top notch, with my last 2 visits there.

My PTSD was triggered when I got to the appointment. I explained this in detail to the nurse and she told the doctor. They both explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure I was ready before they did it. They also told me that things will go at the pace I need them to. I Was extremely pleased with the care I received from both of them!

My PC is thorough and seeks to treat the cause not the symptoms.

Great experience, and I would like to say I know press ganey isn't always a good measure of things. Just know that there are plenty of patients with good experiences, people just tend to remember the bad and like to speak out about them.

I love Caitlin! I have seen her many times for post-surgical procedures like removing stitches and then again for stent removal. She is so good to me, kind and compassionate, and I get to check up on the latest with her and her family. She is always on time and easy to love.

This provider and everyone I met with was out of this world amazing. I am however we having to wait 3 weeks to get blood work done through lab corp.

Wish I could have gotten in sooner, but I understand that they are very busy. She listened to what I had to say and treated me with kindness and respect
