I had a bad experience in December with another ENT and it was really discouraging. But my experience with Dr. Ference was perfect! She listened to me, believed me, paid attention to detail, explained well, and she had a positive but realistic approach to her care. I left feeling good in every way. I like that she prepared me for what the test results mean and also explained that my throat would look bad for a few days.
