Ms. Dunn's care was exceptionally thorough, and she fully understood my ENT history, and had solutions! Cleaning my ears was hugely beneficial, and improved both my hearing, and my ear and head pressure. Ms. Dunn understood the difficulty and expense of utilizing St. Joe's imaging, therefore referred me out of area.

Horrible experience, sincerely wish I went out of the area, no confidence in the provider at all...taled down to my son and me, was not prepared and did not follow through on persecriptions until I called several times...truly horrendous and would never want my son to get any advanced treatment from this team.

This experience was great but when I called for an appointment I had vertigo and had it a long time but couldn't get in for a long time. When I got in I was over the vertigo but still had some dizziness so I went to my appointment. Allison was very good at explaining what could be possibly a residual from vertigo. She did a follow up call and told me that I should contact her through the portal if I got vertigo again so I won't have to wait so long to get in.

Not that it's your office's fault. I'm sure you have lots of people that need to be seen. It's just that it takes usually well over a month to get in for a child and that is what can be a little frustrating as a parent. But once we are in there, it is wonderful service

I was referred to this provider for ear infection and ear pain and have experienced some hearing loss as well. I felt like Allison addressed some of the concerns I was having but not all. She also mentioned that she would give me some literature that would help me with a special diet but did not give me any literature.

Took time to answer all my questions

I felt like they really pushed for multiple CPAP machines before even looking at me and talking about my symptoms. The provider made a statement about only wanting to accept real surgery consults vs exploration regarding symptoms, etc and made me feel like it was more about their profit than my health.

Allison Dunn has kept me healthy despite my chronic health problems for a few years. She is the best!

The only real problem was the long wait for the the visit. By the time I actually got to see the provider, the problem had ceased to be a problem, at least for the time being. It was still good, though, In helping me usnderstad the Issues involved.
