I find it easy to talk to my doctor and their PA. The PA is very interested in my life and they have a sense of humor. Dr Hoffman extremely helpful telling me about the benefit of prescriptions.

I am pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Hoffman and his staff. It has been difficult to schedule appointments in case of injury or illness. Generally those unexpected visits have to be handled through an Urgent Care office.

Dr. Hoffman has been my doctor for 16 years, since shortly before he joined Providence. (I followed him there.) He fulfills all of my needs for a primary care physician: he listens, remembers, explains things clearly, and has referred me to specialists as needed, although the latter hasn't often been necessary. (Fortunately, I've needed very little medical care during those 16 years, beyond annual checkups.) The other staff in his office have also done everything I've need them to. FYI, when I indicated earlier in the survey that no one followed up to give me test results, I meant that no person contacted me directly. As usual, I was automatically notified via email that my recent test results were available for me to view online, and Dr. Hoffman and I discussed them a week later during my visit with him.

Wait time in exam room was a little lengthy, but Dr. Hoffman is knowledgeable and efficient--exam was quick, but as thorough as needed. I don't expect my doctor to be my best friend or to chat about things for 20 or 30 minutes--I'd rather he was sharp and able to assess my wellness status with skill and insight, paying attention to those things that need it. So Dr. Hoffman is a good fit for me.

Dr Hoffman always helps me when my other doctors don't. I wasn't able to get a response from my neurosurgeon and Dr Hoffman was there for me almost immediately. I trust him completely which is rare for me. He helped me while the other dr was too busy to respond to my phone calls.

Dr. Hoffman is not my primary care for provider. And after my surgery he was the one that did the after surgery care period I think he is a great doctor as he actually contacted the surgeon about questions he had regarding pain care and taking care of my surgery wound.

The doctor, nurse, and staff were all phenomenal! They were very caring and understanding. They made me feel comfortable for my visit. The nurse was attentive and patient. She was amazing!

He is very good doctor. He answered all of my questions and he looked into a problems by ordering some blood tests and answer the results. He ordered more tests because I asked him some questions that I was concerned about. I recommend my sister to look into him because she needed to find her doctor replacement. Her doctor left the country.

I always feel like I'm important. I've been in other medical facilities that made me feel bad. Like I shouldn't be sick and treat me like a I'm a burden. That on top of the medical issue is not fun. Providence always makes me feel like they actually care if I live or die.

It was the best first appointment I have ever hady He was very thorough In reviewing and asking any questions regarding the information provided in my past records clearly he had done his homework we went ovs er my history and he had good questions and comments.
