I had a great experience, with the provider. I have a tear In my hip and now I'm waiting to be scheduled for surgery, now it just waiting on the Insurance approval, your scheduler even called me to update me, so that was great communication.

Efficient & professional care

I appreciate the way my Care Team communicates with me and assists with scheduling. I understand that appointment dates are scheduled far in advance and this can be difficult if an appointment time needs to be changed, as the next appointment is usually very far out.

Kevin is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and caring. He never makes you feel rushed. Best care!

I went in for my 2 week post op. Kellogg was great at explaining what exactly was done for my surgery and the precautions that I need to continue doing until said otherwise.

I have the highest regard for Providence health care and the professionalism of the staff. My only disappointment has been the inability to get timely appointments with my PCP. As such, I am seeking to find a replacement.

My providers have always been very kind and have listened to my concerns and offered their helpful explanations and recommendations.

Kevin Kellogg is a superb provider. He saw me in follow-up after surgery. An unexpected infection rapidly started and had spread quickly. Kevin showed a high degree of concern and put together a good treatment plan. He was very reassuring and answered all of my questions. He put my anxiety to rest. I'm just about finished with my antibiotics and feeling much better. He made sure to communicate with me every few days via MyChart in between office visits. Kevin kept a very successful surgery a positive experience. I could have easily had worsening and worsening complications, but these were prevented. I'm very grateful for his care.

The time it takes to get an appointment is my only negative remark, otherwise, you guys are great.

My doctor and my care team is very good, I wish all providers were like my Dr. And my team. They are very understanding and make sure that I understand everything. These are very good and helpful people.
