Great hip replacement experience with Dr. Bob Yin and his PA, Jon Onosaki.

I wasn't completely comfortable with the PA. His exam was good but I didn't like his attitude toward my shoulder issue. I did like the fact that he ordered an MRI. He was too abrupt for me, I didn't care for his bedside manner.

Jon provides excellent care and has amazing bedside manner. Very thorough with every visit. My parents both had shoulder surgery & their follows ups have been timely and I know a big part of thir healing is Jon's care. Thank you Jon for everything you're a great provider!

All my providers at St.Jude Provident are wonderful!

My visit was for a gel injection for my left knee and I will have two more of them in the next two weeks. When I requested this treatment they quickly got me set up with appointments and the shots arrived from the supplier a week after ordering. I couldn't ask for quicker service. The procedure went quickly and was painless. Jon does a great job explaining and is very thorough

The office was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and polite. The doctor was friendly and respectful and right on time.

Jon,was very sensitive to the pain in my knee and the injection of gel and listened to my concerns in a thoughtful/attentive way.

Jon Onosaki is an excellent PA. I saw him for my 7 week follow up on my hip replacement surgery. He reviewed the Xrays with me, examined me, watched my walk and make certain movements with my leg. He answered all of my questions completely in an easy to understand manner and was truly concerned for my health, my understanding of my current condition, and my concerns going forward. He is to be commended for the professional way that he does his job. After I left I thought of another question that I needed to ask him. I messaged him through My Chart late that evening with the question. When I opened my email in the morning my answer was there in My Chart and told me exactly what I wanted to know. He is an asset to St. Jude.
