Dr Viswanath recommended hand therapy. He was kind. Dr Viswanath is thoughtful. We chat about my personal life. Order my brace in a timely manner. Office staff is friendly. Talkative is Is contagious. Dr Viswanath cares. Dr Viswanath is thoughtful. He explained everything to me.

Dr. Viswanath was incredibly knowledgeable and knew everything about my surgeries, healing, was patient explaining how to exercise my hands. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Viswanoth as my surgeon.

First time I have meet Dr. Viswanath. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The only issue I had was not with him or the staff but, was with the fact that I have seen other doctors in this practice going back for 20 years or so, and with the switch to Providence the staff did not have access to my previous records regarding my past visits with the other doctors. This was a little concerning to me!

I received great feedback from Dr. Viswanath as well as suggestions to go about a future surgical route and care. He provided a very good patient experience for me in my opinion. Dr. Viswanath gave me choices for surgical treatment and aftercare and did not push any one-sided conventional medical treatment according to medical allopathic wisdom. He provided options as part of my being proactive in my own healthcare decsion-making . He basically stood-out amongst the Orthopaedic MDs I've seen thus far.

My visit to this provider was to set up surgery for my hand and everything went perfectly.Sometimes it's hard to get through on the phone. But using my chart makes everything simpler.

Providers care is good. Problem when calling you're on hold for a very long time before somebody helps you.
