About Lindsey M. Spragg
Dr. Spragg is dedicated to helping patients return to sport and their active lifestyle after an injury. As a former Division 1 soccer player at Northwestern University, she understands the importance of a swift and safe recovery. She has the experience to empathize with her patients who want to return to all levels of competition. She is also focused on injury prevention whenever possible. After graduating from Northwestern sum Laude, she coached Mira Costa's freshman soccer team before entering Georgetown's prestigious Physiology & Biophysics Master's program. Thereafter, she returned to Chicago to complete her academic medical pursuit at Loyola University where she graduated top of her class, Summa cum Laude, and was given acceptance into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Spragg completed her residency at LAC+USC Medical Center where she also excelled having been granted the USC research award for her work on ACL grafts. After residency, she worked as a sports fellow for Kaiser Permanente in Orange County, where she served as team doctor for local community colleges and high schools. She is a longtime resident of Manhattan Beach, having attended Pacific Elementary and graduating from Mira Costa, and is excited to be back in her hometown treating the members of her community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, running along the strand, skiing, surfing, swimming, and playing volleyball.
