In all of my previous experience with the Providence group, I have been extremely pleased with the service and care I've received. So much so, I plan to change my general practitioner I've had for over 30 years. I'm also going to be moving over to a cardiologist within the Providence group. I brag about your group often.

Dr. Forslund is a very caring doctor. He is a good listener but most of all a great practitioner/surgeon. He has been a godsend regarding my hip replacement and also with my follow up care. I am still having some peripheral pain and he is working to fix that. I don't think my recovery would be as good with any other surgeon.

Follow up 1 year post hip replacement,went great.

The care that I received was excellent on every level from beginning middle and end of the surgery. The only disappointment was the six month weight from my initial visit until the surgery. Also, a huge improvement from last year when my husband had back surgery and there was a shortage of staff at the hospital. This year there was much improvement. Respectfully, much appreciated.

I had knee replacement surgery. Dr Forslund & his team did an excellent job of preparing me for my surgery. The procedure went well & Dr Forslund called the next day to check on me. It has been a great & positive experience.

Dr. Frohan is very thorough. He takes the time to explain everything. As a result, my hip replacement surgery was a total success. He's currently treating me for chronic arthritis of the right trochanter of the femur with the attention to detail.

Dr Forslund is knowlegeable in his specialty, is kind and listens patiently, offers treatment options, and follows through on the agreed-upon plan. He also goes over test results and next steps to take in a timely manner.

Dr. Forslund seemed to remember every little detail about my last visit about 6 months earlier. I was amazed and certainly impressed. My verbal reasoning skills are suspect at best, but he understood all my concerns and made it easy for me to understand his explanations. Thank you

Dr Forslund is great! My hip replacement is working perfectly. Very happy with the operation he did.

They did not help with alternatives for my unique situation in the beginning. I was treated like a number and the doctor stated that there wasn't anything he could do because it was process and procedure of the hospital. He did not look at the uniqueness of the situation until I was so upset that I stated I wanted to speak with the corporate office. They never helped by contacting a social worker and only continued to talk about [ID] I pay a huge premium for the best supplemental that I could find and they never called them for assistance or made reference that they even knew that was a part of my medical care.

I had very good results with Dr. Shanfield. I hope the same will happen with Dr. Forslund.

Experiences with providence st Jude have been less than great lately, the most irritating being the feeling of rushing through appointments, difficulty setting up appointments and the sometimes unconscionably long wait times to be seen by a doctor. At Dr. Forslund's office I have not experienced any of these problems. Staff is always efficient & kind, easy to get ahold of and very patient with my questions. Dr. Forslund is a pleasure; I appreciate his willingness to take whatever time is necessary to address all questions and concerns.

Dr. Forslund is friendly, knowledgeable and honest in his assessments. If there is another doctor better than himself for a certain type of surgery, he does not hesitate to say that. He doesn't pretend to know-it-all.

The pre-appointment x-rays were scheduled for one hour prior to my appointment with Dr. F. The wait for these x-rays seemed unnecessarily long. This was my first appointment with him - he was knowledgeable and caring and spent a lot of time with me.

Dr Forslund always takes his time and explains things throughly. I never feel rushed. I have complete confidence in him as my hip replacement surgeon!

The doctor was pleasant during the steroid injection previously and during the aspiration on my right knee. Then agreed to expedite the MRI as I am in great pain.

He has restored my quality of life and I am so grateful for that. Also his assistant is one of the best I've ever encountered. Always friendly and kind yet thorough and professional. Took forever to get surgery date but care has been excellent
