My experiences have been great. I might have to wait a few extra minutes, but for the most part they have been great. They fixed what was broken and I am in a lot less pain now. It was the best decision I have ever made. I am very thankful for my care providers.

After the office visit, Lance called me on the phone with a follow-up question. Then he referred me for imaging. Then I was informed through "MyChart" of a referral letter he prepared. I was impressed that he thought about my case and followed up after my visit. This shows me dedication and concern.

I remembered to tell him that one of the procedures they use for my hip replacement can not work on me due to my spine being fused and he was going to work that out before the date of surgery.
