I was referred to Dr. Toor by my primary care doctor. Initially I submitted a request online for an appointment but waited five days and did not hear anything back. That was a bit frustrating so I called the phone number and spoke to a very helpful representative who was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Toor within a week. My experience at Dr. Toor's office was great. The reception staff and X-ray technician were efficient and friendly. Dr. Toor did not keep me waiting long and spent what felt like an adequate time asking me questions and examining me. He clearly explained what the X-ray showed, my options for treatments and how long I could wait before receiving further treatment.

I was referred to Dr. Toor by 2 members of my golf club who he has treated. My shoulder injury, which happened during a golf game, is getting better. However, I needed a good orthopedic doctor in case this happens again. I established the relationship with Dr. Toor, who encouraged me to call him with any questions or make an appointment in future. I wasImpressed with his professionalism, concern for my condition and explanations of potential care. His PA was very thorough too.

Dr Toor and his staff went above and beyond great service. I had a Right reversed total shoulder replacement. They were wonderful and always answered my questions and gave me fabulous care. Making an appointment over the phone Is difficult just trying yo get to a person. Long waiting.

I was late showing up for my scheduled appointment time. My mobility is currently very impacted. Dr. Toor was fully booked and I was afraid he wouldnt be able to see me. However, he fit me in as a last person he saw for the day. He didnt have to, but he did. He knew I was in a lot of pain. He stayed later than he had to, gave me two injections and scheduled another appointment for the future. He was kind and thoughtful, and I deeply appreciated him. Thank you.
