About Kate Hayes
Kate grew up in Arlington Heights, Ill., and was involved in gymnastics, soccer and running. As an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, she uses her certification in manual therapy and orthopedics as well as her own history in sports to get athletes back to their full activity. She currently enjoys weight training, hiking, traveling and cheering on various sporting events.
