About Brandon Chuang

Dr. Brandon Chuang is a board certified and residency trained optometrist in Orange County. He earned his BS in Biology at UCSD in 2013 before completing optometry school in 2018 at New England College of Optometry. After graduation, he pursued a residency in ocular disease and primary care at the Veteran Affairs Hospital of Brockton, MA. After finishing residency, Dr. Chuang returned to his alma mater as an attending, where he worked as an assistant professor for 2 years before returning to Orange County. Dr. Chuang has been described as a compassionate eyecare provider who is committed to high quality patient care. His areas of interest are glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and fitting contact lenses, “It’s important for me to be able to give the best level of care to all of my patients, so I stay up to date on all aspects of clinical care and new technologies.
