About John E. Esser
Dr. Esser received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of California, Berkeley where he received numerous awards for clinical excellence. He is certified to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical medicine, is TPA certified, and is certified to treat glaucoma. His extensive training includes specialized clinics in primary eye care, ocular disease, contact lenses, low vision and binocular vision. Dr. Esser further trained at Cedars Sinai medical center in Los Angeles, with an emphasis on refractive surgery co-management and specialized contact lens fittings, and is uniquely qualified to serve all of your families eyecare needs.
