Jody M. Hechtman, MD

Before joining OB/GYN Associates of Spokane in 2009, Dr Hechtman was in private practice in Irving, Texas and an OB Hospitalist at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dr Hechtman completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and her Bachelor of Science degree at the Southwestern Adventist University. Dr. Hechtman is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hechtman is married and has 3 stepsons. She also has 2 English Mastiffs, Clyde and Harper. Their troop loves being outdoors whenever possible. In the winter, they snowshoe and ski. In the fall, spring and summer, you can find Dr. Hechtman and her family exploring the remote corners of the Pacific Northwest in their sprinter van, finding new hiking trails and cooking up a vegetarian feast over a campfire.
