Sometimes it's difficult to navigate scheduling or follow up utilizing the mobile app. Messages at time sit for days and no response, then I call in and get the standard scheduling issue of no appointments. Each time I've requested to be directed directly to my care team has been successful. I truly love Dr. Dawkins and her care team. They are kind and responsive. Being in the healthcare industry I understand patient/staff ratios are not ideal and the constant juggling of priorities. With that I feel like my care experience has been good.

It was a very assuring and comfortable visit with Dr. Dawkins. I was little nervous before meeting Dr. Dawkins due to a poor experience with a gynecologist at Virginia Mason. Dr. Dawkins gave me an impression of a strikingly loving character. I also believe that she is a funny person besides professionalism. She understands what women needs and the prospects in women health. I simply know I picked the right doctor and I strongly recommend Dr. Dawkins.

Dr. Dawkins was so great! I went in for prenatal visits and cervical checks in my last month of pregnancy. Dr. Dawkins explained the induction process clearly and thouroughly. Cervical checks did not hurt. I felt very cared for, heard, and that I had all the info I needed.

She was the most caring and reassuring Put me at ease she was the best ever !

Dr Dawkins and the nurse that assisted were both kind, professional, and made a difficult and painful experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Dr Dawkins was wonderful! I saw her because of an issue which could potentially have been very serious. She was completely prepared when I met with her and had reviewed my prior test results for several years. As soon as she came in, she stated that she was not concerned by the issue but then she also made a big point of asking how I felt about it. She provided several reasons why it was not concerning and provided me with enough detail to be reassured. She also made it clear that there were optional steps they could take if I felt it necessary, and explained in detail what those options were. Dr Dawkins was very warm & personable and I truly felt in very good hands under her care.

Kind ,willingness to help, knowledge and understanding. Welcoming and feeling of provider who is concerned when out of appointment am satisfied.

Dr. Dawkins is absolutely amazing provider and I am so grateful that I was referred to her to be my OB. She truly cares about her patients and she is real easy to connect with. I have learned so much from her and she has really supported me through a very challenging and life changing experience. Dr. Dawkins sets the gold standard for clinical care.

I was so appreciative with my visit with Dr. Dawkins. I've been dealing with an ongoing issue and it hasn't been getting any better. However, one visit with Dr. Dawkins, she was incredibly kind, and listened to my concerns. She prescribed a medication that seems to be helping so far. I appreciate her amazing care and support with helping me with this issue that has plagued my sensitive region.

The reason I listed "Poor" for ease of making an appointment was due to very long phone wait times. The first time I called, there were multiple callers ahead of me waiting. I stayed on the line for at least 30 minutes before hanging up. The next time, I had more flexibility and was able to wait for over an hour being able to speak to someone. The process from then on was easy and the office staff was wonderful so, I'm guessing it's an understaffing issue. My in-person experience was top-notch. Staff put my mind at ease when I was late and also nervous about my appointment. Now that I'm in the system, I will make future appointments through MyChart. 10/10 plan on coming back.

One of the most respectful, thoughtful, and informative gyn visits I have ever had. I've had bad visits and good ones. This was exceptional professionalism across all dimensions.
