I really liked Tanden, she was easy to talk to and I felt like she answered my questions without making me feel silly. She also was knowledgeable about my chart even though it was the first time seeing me. She addressed my concerns and made me feel like my anxiety was put a little at ease over switching doctors due to my doctors retirement

I am so appreciative of the thorough way that Dr. Tandon explained the surgical options to me. She was so kind and understanding. She offered to collaborate with another provider to perform an additional surgery that was needed in order to prevent additional surgery and recovery time later. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

My provider was amazing. The medical assistant was very uncomfortable to work with and not understanding that I was in pain she didn't care. That was really hurtful. But the provider was so nice and patient.

Long wait to get an appointment but worth it. Dr Tandon was very good.

My only issue is the lack of availability and scheduling. It is extremely difficult to be seen by anyone, let alone a doctor, even for potentially VERY serious issues. It took me a LOT of phone calls and calls from my other doctors to get scheduled initially. Once I was finally seen, it was much easier after that.That being said, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful, and Dr. Tandon was amazing. She is very knowledgable and made me feel more safe and aware of the care I needed and made me feel assured that I would get that care.
