All of my experiences have been very good, aside from sometimes having to wait weeks/months for an appointment.

I loved Heather! She made me feel seen and heard and I haven't felt that respected talking to any other provider. She educated me on health questions I had in a really easy to understand way. I hope to have her for all future appointments.

Professional and compassionate care

I saw this provider couple years ago. My insurance changed for a year and I could not see her. I waited until I could switch my insurance just to be able to come back to your facility and provider. It made that big of a difference. I'll be switching my primary soon too. The efficiency and organization at kadlec is extremely noticeable, especially when I am used to getting the run around by my primary, which is not at kadlec.

Heather is one of the best providers I have seen. She was patient, kind, explained everything that was gonna happen at my visit & how long results would take to come back, helped me set up my next appointment and best of all - this is an issue I have seen with other providers, Heather did not make me feel like I was a number. She was there in the room rather than rushing to another patient. This is an issue some of your other providers have where they just want to get in and out but not Heather. I look forward to seeing Heather due to her care!

Amazing staff and even better doctor.

Heather provided a level of care that is unmatched by many of the other providers I have seen at APW. The questions she asks solutions she provides for particular medical concerns and taking account personal medical history is very important to me and she has definitely aided getting us the care we needed.
