Dr. Yuan and the office staff are exceptional to what I am used to at Facey. I wish Dr. Yuan could be my primary care physician versus my specialty care physician. By far she is the best doctor and best experience I have had with Facey in all of the years I have been with Facey. Unfortunately, it saddens me that it takes months to get appointments for wellness care and even if you have a situation which requires immediate care. Fortunately, I was able to contact Dr. Yuan's office and asked to be put on a waiting list to get my desired appointment and I was immediately accommodated for the appointment that I needed which was a couple of months ahead. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get an appointment with Facey when someone calls months in advance. But I don't think the problem is specific to Facey. I know other medical facilities that are having the same issue. It means nothing to have great medical coverage like what I have if I can't use it. I don't know the solution on how this gets resolved but it's very concerning. I love the care I get from Dr. Yuan. It is thorough and educational and I feel respected and valued. Thank you.

Dr. Luan was very thorough & approachable. She listened to me & explained my condition in very easy to understand words. She was also gentle & empathetic to the pain I was feeling. I didn't get the follow-up appointment until about 3 weeks (she recommended 2 weeks) since her schedule was already full. However, I opted to wait for her availability despite being offered another OBY-GYN because I really liked her demeanor.

Dr. Yuan is fantastic! She is very up to date in her practice, straight forward, caring and has a very good sense of humor. Nothing feels awkward to speak with her about and as she is a gynecologist this is very important.
