I love the provider and facility

When I called about concerns, they got me in with a doctor within 10 days or so. Though I've never seen Dr. Chu before, she was really nice and listened to me intently. I appreciate and respect all her feedback and concern, she seemed to know a lot about my issues.

I was very scared to go because of a previous bad experience at a non Providence facility, however from the moment Dr Chu walked in, she gave me a lot of comfort, she talks so soft and explains things so throughly. My experience with Dr Chu was phenomenal.

Dr. Chu has been my OB in the past and ive had the pleasure to meet most of the drs there. Im on my second pregnancy and dr chu always makes sure we follow up with whats needed to be done and is always informative and sweet and plans down our next steps even if its still Some time away. Wait time to for an appointment is a bit long due to this office always being booked. Dr. Chu is amazing! She was very welcoming and explained what was happening thoroughly. She obviously went over my history before talking to me so she made me feel reassured that I was in good hands. I didn't feel rushed when in the room and she answered all my questions. She also submitted my referral to a specialist quickly. I am really happy she got to help us out.
