Dr.Tsai has been great since day one of seeing her. I had seeing a previous GYN at the same building for female issues and her answer was that there was nothing they could do to help me and that I wasn't the only women going through that but Dr. Tsai right away gave me different options that I had to help with my problem and thanks to her I feel much better, the medication she has prescribed me has helped me so much with my female Issues. I Am still taking that medication but she always tells me that if I have any Issues with my medication to call right away. To me Dr. Tsai is a wonderful PCP she is very respectful, she has a smile that makes you feel good about talking to a doctor that will finally listen to your concerns and do anything to make you feel better. She is definitely one of the best GYN providers

Dr. Tsai is knowledgeable and a good listener. I am very fortunate to have her as my OB. The only improvement I recommend is being able to get an appointment with her sooner than I little over 6 weeks. She is highly in demand and worth the wait. Thank you!

I didn't get next appointment information card though the receptionist said she would. Other than that I was able to see the doctor on time and everybody at the office was friendly.

I will say that Cindy is a very good physician, she explain things good, and gives good advice to me for my needs.

Dr Tsai and her entire care team are awesome! You really feel cared for and respected. The office staff and provider are amazing and create a team environment to care for their patients. I have recommended friends and family to this office and I will not go anywhere else!

Very nice and helpful

She reviewed my gyn history and came up with a plan to treat something that has been a reoccurring nussance. I appreciate her being proactive. This will prevent me from frequenting the office and give me a better quality of life.

My doctor Cindy Tsai is a great and very kind doctor. I experience care. As a patient I experience respect and they listen to all of my questions concern about my health. I get a care I need and I feel safe with my doctors.Receptionist clerk,medical assistance where so friendly. They will always give you a smile. I love seeing them every time I have a visit for my doctor. They are helpful and very caring people.

Dr. Tsai made my visit very pleasant, she was also very attentive and addressed all of my concerns. Happy to have her as my OB.

This was the first time I met with dr Tsai. I loved her immediately. She was very easy to talk to. But she had not read about my history before we met. It would have been nice if she had known that I had a miscarriage.
