Dr Karen Hsu is a very nice doctor. She was listening and answering my questions with a very patiently manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hsu! She made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my visit, which is so important in an OBGYN appointment. I had what felt like 100 questions, and she patiently answered each one, ensuring I understood everything. I never felt rushed, and she was both kind and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring OBGYN!

The visit with the provider and the office was great. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was the fact I declined the flu shot and it was accidentally give to me.

Dr. Hsu is easygoing and attentive. She makes my visits with her less stressful considering they are well woman exams.

Dr. Hsu is amazing, made me feel comfortable during my procedure and explained every step she did. She was so gentle, I can't thank her enough.

Took awhile to obtain my referral and the schedule was full, so the soonest appointment was 2+ months out. However, once at my appointment, they were the best!!!

Great service

I waited for her to come to exam room a long time. She seemed rushed. She didn't seem as approachable and friendly as my pcp. Her Impressions were such that I felt I either had to talk really fast or not say anything at all. Not the best bedside manners i've ever seen. Soecially cause It was my first session with her, I expected her to listen and talk to me more, to try to know my condition better.

I absolutely love this Dr and I intend on having her be my specialist from here on in

I suggest when someone gives a papsmear, they ought to tell you what they are about to do & try to ease the situation by telling patient to breath & be more professional at doing so.

I was nervous when I had my consult with Dr Hsu however Dr Hsu was understanding and compassionate and put me at ease. I was pleased that she came up with a plan of care that seems like it will be helpful.

I have only seen Dr Hsu once and this was experience. She was friendly and listened to what I had to say, as well as answered questions I had. I have Endometriosis, and it's very difficult to find a doctor that has experience with and is knowledgeable about how to navigate dealing with this disease. As an Ob-Gyn for regular check-ups, Dr Hsu is probably a great fit, but she does not know enough about Endo for me to feel comfortable in her hands, so I will continue my search.

Dr. Hsu is awesome. She has gotten to the bottom of my issue and I couldn't be happier.

I waited approximately at least an hour to 95 minutes see the doctor. The doctor was rushing through my appointment by talking fast and seemed eager to leave as the day was coming to an end. This was not a good experience especially as it was my first time meeting this doctor.

I have had such great medical care with Providence and Dr. Hsu's office. All staff are very friendly and make me feel welcomed and at ease. They always answer any questions that I have and listen to all my concerns. I previously had a bad experience with another medical network which is why I switched to Providence and I am very happy with the experience and care I have received since doing so.

I must say that I have been very impressed with the service from entering into the medical building, the attention at the receptionist desk and their warm pleasant smiles and greetings and both of my new doctors, I have no complaints so far but after being under one doctor for so long it takes time to get adjusted to new doctors I do not like switching around like the state of california have us to do but we must accept the medical norms of this country, so at this time because everyone is new only time will tell if standards will remain I hope that they do.Mrs.[Name(s)]
