I was fortunate enough to call right after someone else cancelled their appt. Otherwise my wait for an appt would be months as a new patient. Having said that, this office staff and this physician was so wonderful I have already recommended her to neighbors and friends also looking for a new gynecologist. They were fantastic! I hope to be able to remain her patient after this situation is resolved, and will continue recommending her to others.

The visit with the provider and the office was great. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was the fact I declined the flu shot and it was accidentally give to me.

Dr. Hsu is easygoing and attentive. She makes my visits with her less stressful considering they are well woman exams.

Took awhile to obtain my referral and the schedule was full, so the soonest appointment was 2+ months out. However, once at my appointment, they were the best!!!

Great service

I waited for her to come to exam room a long time. She seemed rushed. She didn't seem as approachable and friendly as my pcp. Her Impressions were such that I felt I either had to talk really fast or not say anything at all. Not the best bedside manners i've ever seen. Soecially cause It was my first session with her, I expected her to listen and talk to me more, to try to know my condition better.

I absolutely love this Dr and I intend on having her be my specialist from here on in
