Audrey was fantastic!! Something so important I noticed was pregnant patients had a separate waiting area that was out of eyeshot. (Maybe coincidental but didn't appear that way.) I've had 7 miscarriages and when I was still trying to conceive, going to the OBGYN office was horrible for me. I'd cry every single time in the parking lot after. This small touch meant so much to me. I can't imagine the relief I'd have felt if I had came here during my miscarriages. I cannot recommend this office and everyone in it enough. It was probably the most thoughtful and considerate thing I've ever seen any professional office do in my entire life. Thank you for hiring providers that always go above and beyond.

Audrey is an amazing provider and person. She is kind and helpful, and I know that she always has my best interest in mind when she gives medical advice!

I went in to the office due to a late period. All urine tests came back negative, which the office was informed of. Upon arrival, the only care that was provided was yet another urine test. They didn't offer anything else to see the possibility of why my period might be late. I was told the test was negative. About 3 hrs later, I received a call that the test might actually be positive. The NP said I could either get a blood test or just wait to see If my period came. Obviously If there was any chance If me being pregnant I would want to know. I had a blood test done and sure enough, I am pregnant. Luckily I was being cautious due to not trusting my care at the facility but that could have been a very bad situation.

The only negatives were the parking fee and the mix-up with my pharmacy and delay in getting my prescription in. The positives include all staff friendliness and efficiency and Audrey's professionalism, preparedness and thoroughness.

I have been very pleased with all the care I have received with Providence. I am almost 68 years old. In my lifetime I have had unpleasant and difficulty with male providers. I am pleased with the care all of the female providers I have seen with Providence. I was my mother's caretaker for many years. I have unpleasant memories of the dismissive manner her male Doctors displayed to her. Fortunately over the years we have more female Doctors and Physician Assistants. Women need medical help from women that understand personally a women's body. I changed all of my mom's doctors to female doctors and her health improved. Thank you for supplying Women Physician and PAs. That's why I continue with Providence. PS You might need to hire more female Gynecologist and PAs.
