She was exceptional! Not only her, but both assistants in the office thar day were amazing. They showed me empathy, understanding, care and made me feel listened and valued! I have been through a hard year, misdiagnosis and misunderstandings and she just understood, validated and cared for me and all I have been struggling with, not only physically, but also emotionally. 5 stars! I am thankful for them and all the care I am receiving.

Amy was VERY attentive and kind. I have anxiety with seeing Drs but she has been helping make my appointments a more positive experience from being personable and pausing to listen to what I have to say. Other drs I've seen do not take the time to ask questions or ask if I have any questions. Another Dr I've seen there has rushed me to get to the next patient, but I never feel rushed with Amy. She's amazing and I hope she gets a raise for being such a great Dr!

Amy Tran was excellent!! She did refer me to a a specialist and her first available appointment is mid July, which is a much longer wait than I had anticipated to address this health issue.

Amy was extremely attentive to me when I had a misunderstanding about what the appointment was going to be. I thought it was an ultrasound, but it was just a confirmation of pregnancy appointment. Because I have had a miscarriage in the past, I was extremely upset about this since I had been so happy about being able to schedule an early ultrasound, but Amy got me into radiology right away. She was very professional in giving me advice (maybe better to wait on ultrasound still) but still allowed me to make the ultrasound appointment for a couple days later. I am positive I sounded like a crazy person, but she ultimately offered me the independence to make the decision about when to schedule the ultrasound myself, which provided tremendous relief. Very happy to have her on my care team!
