Dr Nicole Waschak is amazingshe always treats me with kindness and respect. She's also very patient. She has wonderful bedside manners. She genuinely cares. I love that she's my doctor.

Dr. Waschak really helped me a lot on my visit. She set me on a new course of treatment and carefully explained the importance of taking this new course of action in helping my Lichen sclerosis condition. It has been a week since my appointment and I can say that I haven't felt this good for a long time.

Good and doctor explained the ultrasound results. Medical terms may just have to be simplified for a better understanding

Dr.washak made me feel extremely comfortable during my well women exam and the nurse her brought me in was very kind and also made me feel very comfortable during the rooming process. I am lucky to have a great OB!

My provider was very kind and listened without judgement to my concerns. The administrative staff were also helpful and patient. Previously being a care taker to a cancer patient, I noticed many administrative professionals lacking bed side manner and overall kindness, helpfulness, and listening. This was not the case at Facey. All admin professionals were very helpful and knew the correct information. Excellent experience with staff. Including phlebotomist.

Dr Waschak is the best provider at Facey! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Dr W actually listened to me and looked at me during the appt. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking too many questions. Her nurse is great, too. calm, patient and put me at ease.
