Dr. Ina is absolutely outstanding. At 62 I have had many female wellness appointments. I have been a patient & my daughter for probably 20 years. She is fast and painless. She is a master of her craft! There is no one better!

The was great and understanding

It was my first time seeing her. She definitely took the time to read my chart as I got a call afterwards to schedule an ultrasound to follow up on my visit from 2 years ago regarding ovarian dermoid, which is something I had forgotten to follow up with since I was there for something else. This showed me how she took the time to read my chart and follow up. I now have my appointment tomorrow. So far she has been one of the best care providers I've had.

I had never seen this nurse practitioner before. I found her to be quite knowledgeable and pleasant.

This doctor took the time to listen to my questions and was very helpful in assisting me. She was curious and respectful during the exam. My experience was excellent. I would like to see Facey make it easier to make appointments with non-primary care physicians. Right now you have to call on the phone which isn't always achievable during business hours. I would also like to see an option to message your doctor of a phone call back in the MyChart portal.

Inna is a sweet lady and knowledgeable professional. She is thorough and errs on the side of caution, which is immeasurably appreciated in a field t where that is not the norm. Inna Berdichevsky has absolutely been an asset to Facey and a comfort to me, personally.

Inna was extremely professional, thorough with my examination and explanation of the process. She made me feel comfortable, I was able to ask questions, she gave clear specific information regarding the next tests that are needed for my age group as a woman. She definitely shows her passion for women's health and allows me as her patient to know I am in good hands. I have been seeing her for twelve years and am extremely happy with her patient care.

I have been a Facey Medical patient for about 10 years (it was under a different name at the beginning) and I have noticed that in the past 3 years the appointments must be scheduled 3-4 months in advance. If you can make this process better , there is nothing else to improve, you're great.

She's extremely knowledgeable in her field and answers all my questions thoroughly.

Always excellent care

Both Inna and the attending nurse made me feel at ease and comfortable asking them personal questions relating to my visit.

This provider is really good. No Issues with her. However, my appt with another OB was rescheduled 2x by OB staff/rep. Not acceptable.

Dr. Needs to be more politely and have patience with new be patients .There was a long wait (45 min) time to get blood work at the lab.

Provider was simply amazing! I loved the communication between her and her MA. They both did a great job on finding an ASAP appointment and provided me with Plan B in case it didn't work out. I was so happy and satisfied leaving this appointment. The MA made sure to make me welcome as soon as she started vitals on me.

Inna is very responsive even when I send her messages through MyChart. She shows care and takes her time to ensure a thorough examination is done.

Inna was good, maybe at times didn't listen well to my concerns, but she overall was good. Providers need to understand we know our bodies better than anyone.

My Doctor Ina is always very polite friendly respectful and concerned about any issues I might be having and very informative with the answers to my questions . All in all I am very happy with her and her service .
