Dr. Lin remains one of my favorite doctors at St. Jude for the past 10 plus years.

Dr Lin is a very kind and compassionate caregiver

Dr. Lin is always approachable and friendly. She has expertise that is demonstrated in her conversations regarding any questions I have. She always asks about my family, what's been going on, and aside from physically, how I'm feeling. I have never had an appointment with her that left me with questions or where I felt unheard.

Dr Lin is a wonderful and kind doctor . She is thorough, caring and makes me feel comfortable. I feel so blessed to have her. My recent surgery went exceptionally well. The care was extremely professional.

Made the appointment 6 months from actually being seen. Need more providers so no one has to wait 6 months for general care. Over all she was a great doctor.

Wait was a bit long but Dr. Lin was attentive and helpful

I believe that she's a professional doctor. But she wasn't very patient to answer my questions and always seemed to be in a hurry to see the next patient. I felt dismiss and ignored. I don't feel like I'm heard by my doctor. She was not considerate and attentive.

Dr Lin made me feel comfortable from the time she walked in the door. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Dr. Lin is so personable and friendly. She kindly makes conversations about sensitive topics very easy and is extremely supportive of living healthy, active lives.

Dr Lin is great but she's pretty busy and I have to schedule 3-6months ahead for an appointment

It's hard to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lin. The scheduler offered me to see another doctor. But considering that I have seen Dr. Lin for many years and she is familiar with my health situation, I waited. The waiting is definitely worth it. Dr Lin is very knowledgeably, professional and patient. She is an excellent doctor. I recommended her to my friends. But, because she is so popular, the waiting is longer than normal.

Providence has been our medical group for over 10 years. We are now leaving to go to [ID] I don't know what happened in the past few years with Providence but it is not good. I waited 20 minutes just to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. Then I couldn't get an appointment for 4 months. When I arrived, I waited 50 minutes in the patient's room to see the doctor. She hadn't reviewed my information because even though I saw her before, she said "nice to meet you". She's clearly uneducated on current trends and research in peri-menopause and was dismissive. This is the last straw for me with Providence. I made an appt to see an OBGYN in the [ID] group. Someone answered the phone in 5 minutes. I was able to make an appointment two weeks from then.

I love Dr Lin and all the staff here. Everyone is kind, thoughtful and experts in what they do. Couldn't be happier with the care provided.

Would like her to ask me more questions and review thyroid, hormones, emotional state, age related concerns regarding Issues affecting an aging woman's health concerns-this would make it a little more personal, as if she knows me somewhat and cares about me as a person-I know it's difficult to be personal when patients are flooding into her work week, she can't help that, it's a health care system issue, I understand that-

Dr. Vivian Lin was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient at my annual gynecologist visit.

The services were explained well. I did wait for about 20 mins but I understand that it's a busy day.
