They gave me a wrong requisition for the mammogram when I called two times they never called me back so I had to go back to the office and get it corrected. The front office staff never apologize until I had to share my concern over and over with them, and at one point, they said sorry. Why would they give the wrong diagnosis for the mammogram requisition and create more anxiety on the patient and never even cared how they made his patient feelThe doctor was 45 minutes late to the visit, and she never acknowledged that she was late

Doctor Lin is very good doctor. She has a lot of experiences and knowledge and she is very kind . She treated me well and she encouraged me when I was delivering . I really appreciate what she has done to me.

I saw Dr Lin since my original OB provider was not available on the day I needed an appointment in Yorba Linda. She is ok. I thought she lacked some bedside manners. I just felt like one more patient she needed to get through.

Love this doctor. Just wish I could make a routine well-woman appointment further in advance. My dermatologist makes appointments a year in advance. Makes it easy to schedule annual visits.

Great customer service. Scheduling is a concern

The ultrasound technician was not warm or friendly and did not seem to care about my worries. We then waited over 30 minutes to get results from my ultrasound. The doctor was nice, but being a new patient and checking on my first pregnancy, I thought she would introduce herself more and discuss more in depth about my situation. I did not feel cared for but just another patient walking through.

Health care services I received today and previous times are great. The only part that needs improvement is on the waiting time to see the doctor ( lobby and exam room). On this day, it took about 40 mins waiting in the exam room. The doctor is great and very patient! She makes sure she listens to my concerns and questions.
