Dr Su prioritized my questions, listened to my concerns, and was very thorough in providing options. She also respected my decisions and collaborated with me on how to move forward with treatment. Excellent provider.

Great experience! Before my exam she asked if I had any questions or concerns, she was upfront and honest and answered questions throughly and took the time to explain upcoming lab work and future appointments if needed. She asked about family planning and a realistic timeline I had. I felt heard and feel confident in her ability to care for me.

Dr. Su is excellent, knowledgeable and kind. She handled our situation immediately (baby had no heartbeat at the ultrasound only appt) she sat with us for as long as I had questions. Gave me all the options and then had her scheduler handle everything for me. This is my 2nd loss the first another Dr was covering for her and Dr Su still sent me a message on MyChart with condolences and followed through until it was over. I trust her immensely and that is so important with an OB. Very grateful to be in her care.

Overall, good experience very nice and listened to my concerns and explained the details of new medication prescribed except did not go over the side effects from prescribing new medication to my current medications I'm taking until asked.

I hadn't seen Dr Su in over 10 years, but her care and compassion were just as top tier as I remember! She made me feel comfortable during my visit and explained everything she was doing thoroughly. I had some anxiety about my visit, but her demeanor and overall friendliness put me at ease. I'd love for her to be my primary provider again! WOULD absolutely recommend her!!

I was there super early to fill out new Pati forms. It was so early that thr front office person went to see if I could be seen earlier. Luckily thr doctor was able to see me about 30-40 mins earlier than my schedule time. Made my day since it gave me more time for my day instead of waiting.

I really feel that the provider was just rushing to get me out of the office. Did not take the time to help me understand what I need to do about the lump and underneath my armpit and any question I had she said I'd have to go to my primary physician or I would have to go to the neurologist like she didn't want to take the time to help me with my issues, she was just passing me off to another provider

PreOp appt. Doctor seemed a little rushed and spoke very fast but that was okay with me.

The doctor was kind, caring and very informative. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions .

I switched care from Dr. Henderson to Dr. Su. The wait time for a well woman exam appointment was 3 months. I made an appointment for a mammogram and the wait time for that is 2 months. I understand that it is hard to balance scheduling emergent things and routine things, but it would be nice if the wait time was only a month instead of multiple. That being said, Dr. Su was polite and knowledgeable. She explained each thing she was doing and why. I appreciate that she offered a panty liner after the exam due to the gel that she uses during the exam. The office was clean and the staff friendly. Thank you!
