Did not take the time to help me understand what I need to do about the lump and underneath my armpit and any question I had she said I'd have to go to my primary physician or I would have to go to the neurologist like she didn't want to take the time to help me with my issues, she was just passing me off to another provider

The doctor was kind, caring and very informative. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions .

I switched care from Dr. Henderson to Dr. Su. The wait time for a well woman exam appointment was 3 months. I made an appointment for a mammogram and the wait time for that is 2 months. I understand that it is hard to balance scheduling emergent things and routine things, but it would be nice if the wait time was only a month instead of multiple. That being said, Dr. Su was polite and knowledgeable. She explained each thing she was doing and why. I appreciate that she offered a panty liner after the exam due to the gel that she uses during the exam. The office was clean and the staff friendly. Thank you!

Dr. Johanna Su has always been patient, nice and professional since I have been her Patient from Day 1. I am a Registered Nurse for over 23 yrs and I respect Dr. Su with her superb knowledge, expertise and EXCELLENT bedside manners! I am extremely blessed to have her as my Provider.

Overall, my recent doctor visit was very positive. The physician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things. However, I was disappointed by the difficulty of scheduling an appointment.

Experiencing disappointment with Dr. Su was profoundly unsettling. It felt as though she lacked a genuine concern for her patients, displaying minimal bedside manners. Interacting with her, one could get the sense that she was merely reciting information from a textbook, both rapid and devoid of any emotional engagement.

My provider always responded right away on my chart, after the procedure, she followed up to check on me and ask me how I was doing and if there was any concern, to reach out to her. Dr. Su and Dr. Ling are the best provider you can ask for.
