Dr Sarah has found all of my medical needs resolution resolved within a period of time. I had this problem for over a year with other medical group as soon I seen her she ordered all imaging or orders and we go from there....I really appreciate dr Sara nppe

It was my first visit to this doctor's office. I was very impressed with the way I was treated as I walked in by the receptionist. I also was very impressed with the nurse who took care of me. And then I enjoyed the time I spent with a doctor and the way she explained things and the future treatment she will provide for me. Many thanks.

Dr.Sarah Noppen is an excellent provider. She listened to all of my concerns and didn't hesitate to order lab tests, blood work to be done, and etc. I can trust her when it comes to women reproductive health. She is culturally competent and not biased in my presence.

Dr. Noppen takes her time to make sure what you are asking is answering and understood. She is the best OBGYN I have ever had. I recommended her to my sister. It just takes a while to get into see her but she is worth the wait

Excellent , wouldn't go anywhere else

The doctor was not transparent in her challenges in completing the exam. Submitted lab request for pap stating my cervix was "obscured" without notifying me of the physical challenges within the exam. Stated everything looks good even though I voiced my concerns of my health risks and previous diagnosis. I left the office relieved entrusting as she indicated the results of the examination were normal without concerns only to find out differently in the notes and lab work requested.

Dr Noppen took really good care of my and the pregnancy. At the end of the pregnancy was having some complications and always had best interest for me and baby to be safe. Always explained things to me when unsure on why she was doing things she was doing. Would definitely recommend her!

Amazing staff and doctors that care

Doctor was very short when addressing concerns, felt like concerns were met with deaf ears and left without feeling any resolve to issues/concerns expressed

Staff was friendly and understanding. The doctor was efficient and added necessary test for my future

I trust Dr. Noppen she is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She explains everything in simple terms and listens to what I have to say.

Provider seemed in a rush. I had other questions that I didn't want to ask because it was quick responses.

This provider made me feel so comfortable and I have only had one appointment with her so far. I was seeing my previous provider for months and never felt as comfortable with them as I do with Dr nopen

I saw Dr. Noppen for a 2nd opinion and appreciated her approach. I asked to become her patient permanently.

Everyone from the front office, to the back office, and the wonderful providers are caring, compassionate, and professional, they are consistently like this since I started my care with them in 2018. I have changed jobs and had to change insurance but I have and always choose Providence SMHDMG because of care I have received. They are throughout, timely, and are always willing to help.

The care provider I saw: spoke over and down to me quite a few times. There wasn't any friendliness there. Felt very awkward especially since she had to do an examination.

Dr Noppen is extremely professional, yet makes you feel like there's plenty of time to ask questions.

The staff were exceptional, patient, and very helpful. I was considerate of Dr. Noppen's time and ensured I planned ahead to be concise about my gynecological medical concerns related to ageing. As I began to explain to the Dr while in the exam room, I immediately felt unwelcome and like I was wasting the Dr's time. She spent around 5 minutes or so with me and prescribed some hormone cream without taking the time to explain its use or side effects, then told me to return in a year. I did not feel valued or heard by this Dr. I thought a female gynecologist would be more helpful to me as a woman however, I was mistaken. I understand she has a busy schedule, however I took a day off from work and drove 50 miles each way for this appointment. So sad and really disappointing. I don't plan to return to this office.

She took into consideration of whether I had any upcoming vacations where would cause an issue with the hysteroscopy she recommend I have

I love Dr. Noppen! She is so nice and caring and orders tests to find out about my concerns. She gives me choices and makes sure she goes over everything. She's wonderful. She doesn't rush you out of the room

Well I was told to message her, after almost a month I got no response so I made the appt. I messaged the team that I had questions after completing medication. I go in the they made the appt for getting another culture which I never had done on the first place. When the provider came in she told me I just needed to message her and there was no need to come in and to message her if I don't get a period ij a few months, that I'm young and there is time for me to get pregnant. In the first place I never got a message back when I messaged this provider thays was the reason for the appt, she just rushed out didn't ask if I had any other questions. And yes I am young but I'm keep seeing in my notes diagnosis that we did not talk about. I thought maybe she was waiting for all my results to go over everthing but I only ever got the full picture by looking at my results and figuring it out. I'm currently looking for a new provider.

Professional and Coutersy

The dr.s "bedside manner" seemed very dry, Clinical, no emotion. I felt like she was just giving me facts and little response to the impact they had on me.

Dr. Noppen was very attentive when I explained my concern with my recurrent miscarriages. Though she's busy (two out of four appointments with her she was coming off of an emergency delivery) she is still very kind, professional, and attentive. I feel comfortable discussing what I think may be going on and value her medical knowledge and suggestions for tests that may better show the medical reason (if any) for the losses. I am in my '40s and have had two previous live pregnancies without an issue, so these past to miscarriages were a surprise and an unexpected outcome. Dr. Noppen gave me my space after the first miscarriage, she gave me the time in the room that I needed and I was so grateful for that small, kind gesture as the office was busy as she was playing catchup from going to an emergency delivery. I am very satisfied with the care and appreciate the bedside manner Dr. Noppen and the office staff provide. The office staff and the MA'S are equally as welcoming and kind.

I've always been treated with respect and undivided attention. I couldn't ask for a better team than what I have with Providence.

Clerks and Doctor were awesome. Made me feel so comfortable.when I had trouble scheduling my appointment it had nothing to do with them. I was actually told her schedule was closed off and her office called me and got me in. They are all great and welcoming. I was nervous going in and relaxed coming out. Won't be nervous to go back!
