Provider listened and was receptive to my latest concerns about pain management

She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

The PA that saw me for this urgent need was very thorough, Knowledgeable and gave credibility to the pain I am experiencing. I was not given direction on any type of stretching or therapy that might benefit my spinal condition. MRI and xrays were ordered and I am now awaiting this provider to call to give me the results and discuss options.

Ingrid quickly got to the diagnostic source of my problem and concurred with me on a treatment plan. Of all the providers I have visited with this issue, her focus, understanding, explanation and treatment plan were the best I've had. Good going, Ingrid!

She addressed the issue for my care and referred me to get X-rays and mri

All my providers and their staff in the Kadlec health care system are great. My only complaint is about Kadlec's phone system. It's sometime more time efficient to drive to my doctors office than trying to get through your switchboard.

I received an appointment much earlier than expected. They are always polite and helpful on the phone.

I saw the a PA for this appointment who explained everything thoroughly to me. Then the doctor came in and also explained the procedures for a future spinal fusion.

At 82 and after a fall I have seen three Doctors. All three have been very helpfull. I feel they are all working to help me.

PA Ingrid Roudy is very helpful! Almost 16 months since the ACDF surgery now. Complications are a continual problem unfortunately.

Honesty my experience has always been comfortable and beneficial with my provider here. My provider, as well as the staff, are very friendly and above and beyond on the care and knowledge they give. Highly satisfied with my experience each and every time with this provider.
