I received an appointment much earlier than expected. They are always polite and helpful on the phone.

I saw the a PA for this appointment who explained everything thoroughly to me. Then the doctor came in and also explained the procedures for a future spinal fusion.

I was very impressed with Ingrid. The whole visit she sat across from me and looked at me. She had my MRI imaging up on the computer screen next to her so I could see the screen at all times as she pointed out specific issues at each lumbar level. She suggested multiple options for care rather than pushing for surgery as most surgeons do. She asked many times if I had any questions and said I could call at any time with questions subsequent to this visit.

Answered all my questions with straight forward answers.
