Dr Jiang is an awesome surgeon!!!!! He has definitely made a difference in my life by performing my spine surgery!!! I no longer have pain and numbness in my left leg. He's truly a life saver!!!!!

He has an exceptional level of communicating and making things understandable. He is very kind, and has a very pleasant and positive attitude. He had two interns with him, and he took the time to explain my MRI to them, and was very patient with them. He is truly, an amazing surgeon, and so caring. I met with his physician assistant during my first visit and she was lovely as well. 10 out of 10 I would recommend him and his team. I only wish I met him sooner!

Dr.Jaing appeared to be in a hurry to complete the teleconference appointment. Appointment lasted less then ten minutes. I did not feel that I got a thorough explanation of issues related to my medical appointment. In fact, Other than suggesting I consider looking into a Spinal Cord Stimulator procedure, Dr. Jaing did not take the time to explore any other potential follow ups or procedures to address my medical issue.

Even after the diagnosis wasn't good I left feeling I am in good hands and that I will be getting good care.

Not enough time to discuss others, Ie surgery Successful rate (by Dr. B Jiang), Postoperative pain, back pain last, recovery time in details if the surgery does take place in a near future after passing this bone density test.

Dr. Jiang is an excellent surgeon. I really appreciate the fact that he took time at my last follow-up visit for back surgery to hear what I had to say as well as have a sincere conversation with me about some next steps. I typically ask a lot of questions about my health and I feel as though he takes the time that I need to address my health needs. I did not feel rushed as I sometimes do with other doctors or other medical staff. I know that Dr. Jiang has a very busy schedule with many patients, but he reassured me that "We will work through this together" which was highly reassuring for me. I wished I have met him earlier before my surgery from another hospital.
