Dr. J. LOYA MD gave me hope. He gave me a feeling that he understood why I was having this terrible back pain and he understood how to help treat the pain. Thank you Dr LOYA .

My case was a special case that needed to be scheduled within a certain time frame in order to have aftercare recieved and it was hard to get the office and the imaging offices to work together so I could get an appointment. It took about 6 months from the time I first called in to try and get an appointment. But now that it's been done I'm sure the next time they will understand and it will go much smoother. I loved the staff and the doctor was above the bar!!!!

Dr. Loyal explained MRI and my condition better than anyone in the past decade. He gave me viable and , hopefully, options to surgery.

I had a situation where I needed to switch to a different provider and the staff was very helpful in accommodating me.

This provider is a specialist. Once I passed the insurance gatekeepers and was able to access his practice every one and everythi g was awesome. I was given all the attention and services needed to get to the conclusion and care that leaves me close to pain free three weeks out from surgery. The only challenge was getting access to the neurosurgeon office through referrals feom a rotati g cast of family practice doctors. I am so pleased with Dr Loya and all his team in the office and the OR.

Loya did not listen or explain much in my appointment let alone go over the results in a manner I could understand. Personally I will be looking for an outside specialist that will give me the time of day to speak as well as actually looking at all of my scans and pay attention to the patients entire well being and in my case is much more then a 15 minute brush off

Provider came in, introduced himself, started talking really fast using a lot of technical vocabulary that I did not understand, did not seem thoughtful or concerned about my point of you in the situation, said that he was going to do some physical tests which she did not do, seem to be in a huge hurry.

Dr. Loya is very nice, professional and listens to my concerns and helps me to understand what is going on with my spine and made recommendations for me to see a pain management doctor to talk about trying something different that just medications. He answered questions that my daughter asked and explained things so both of us understood what was going on.

I am happy with the care that I am receiving and have received in the past and I'm hoping care I received in the future is as good cuz it has been excellent

This provider responded to my situation pretty much the way physicians have responded to me in the past. Recently, I have been treated like more than just a "pleasant" 76 year old woman who is over weight. This left me with a less than "pleasant" response to my back pain. I will not be coming back.

Overall a good visit. However, I would have liked more discussion related to my previous medical history as it pertained to this visit.

Dr. Loya explained the results of my MRI in a way that was easy to understand and comprehend. He was open to questions. He did not push for having the surgery immediately and put my next visit for six months. In the meantime he gave me parameters to work on. Would highly recommend him.

I only saw him for ten/fifteen minutes and it was a good visit.

He was so patient and helpful.
