Eileen S. Kang, PhD

Dr. Eileen Kang has been a licensed clinical psychologist since 2005. Her clinical and research specialties include concussion, traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, neurobehavioral assessment and management, multiple sclerosis, learning disabilities, and attention deficit disorder. She performs medical-legal evaluations, post-concussion return-to-play evaluations,
competency evaluations, and presurgical psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.

She is an active member of medical staff at St. Jude Medical Center. She is also involved with the postdoctoral training program at St. Jude Medical Center. Dr. Kang, in collaboration with a neurology group and some of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies, is also involved in national clinical trials, working to help patients suffering from dementia and memory issues.

Dr. Kang, using neuropsychological tests, is helping to determine the effectiveness of dementia and memory enhancing medications. Dr. Kang received clinical training at Kaiser Permanente and St. Jude Medical Center. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and National Academy of Neuropsychology. She is a candidate for board certification in neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology.
